Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges may be offered in specific situations involving defects or fulfillment errors. My goal is to make sure you feel confident in every purchase, and I handle each concern with care.

 

Report Issues Within 7 Days

If something is wrong with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at NikkiBsSpecialties@gmail.com. Include your order number, phone number, a description of the issue, and clear photos so I can assist you as quickly as possible.

 

Non-Returnable Items

I cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products for health and safety reasons
  • Digital products or downloads

If a refund is approved for a sale item, it will be issued at the sale price.

 

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Many of my products are made with natural butters and oils. They may soften or melt in transit during warmer months or freeze during colder weather. This is normal and does not affect quality or performance. Simply allow the product to return to room temperature. Once at room temperature, you may refrigerate it briefly if additional firmness is desired. Melted or frozen items are not considered damaged.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged (not caused by shipper) or incorrect, I will gladly replace the affected item or issue store credit once the information is reviewed and approved.

 

Return Shipping Responsibility

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by an error on my end.

 

Final Sale Policy

Your safety is important to me. Because these are personal care items, I cannot accept returns for reasons other than those indicated above.
