Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy seasons, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, and you will be notified of any significant delays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders are typically shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Typical delivery time is 3–7 business days once shipped.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Carrier Responsibility
Once your order is accepted by the carrier, delivery is no longer within my control. I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damage caused during shipping.
If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. I am always happy to provide any information needed to support your claim.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I cannot change addresses once the order has shipped, and I am not responsible for orders delivered to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Many of my products are made with natural butters and oils. They may soften or melt in transit during warmer months or freeze during colder weather. This is normal and does not affect product quality or performance.
Allow the product to return to room temperature. Once at room temperature, you may refrigerate it briefly if additional firmness is desired.
Melted or frozen items are not considered damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Orders that arrive damaged (not caused by shipping carriers) or incorrect will be addressed according to the Return & Refund Policy.

I currently ship within the United States only.
